Author Guidelines

Detailed proceedings information (including style guidelines, templates, and submission information) will be available shortly for SALT 23 speakers and presenters. For now, authors may refer to last year's guidelines. Some brief comments:

  • The submission deadline is Thursday, August 1 2013.

  • The page limit is 18 pages for papers and posters, 24 pages for invited speakers, both limits excluding references.

  • We encourage authors to write using LaTeX. Class and style files, as well as a template, will be made available here by the end of May. Authors using other text editing software should consult the SALT style sheet, which will also be available here shortly. For reference, last year's author bundle is here.

  • Submissions should be "camera ready", in pdf format, and submitted using the online submission system on this website.

  • Step-by-step submission instructions will be available in the SALT23 instructions sheet, which will come with the SALT23 author bundle.

  • Questions and comments about the proceedings may be directed to the editors.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. All authors have signed and returned the rights form.
  2. Submission is in PDF format and adheres to the author guidelines
